Private and Group Pilates, Stretch Sessions, Halo Pilates
My Pilates workouts are personalized to you. Pilates is a workout that conditions the mind and body. Through Pilates training you will become better connected to your body: improve your posture, increase core and overall strength, improve your balance, and find greater ease of movement throughout your daily activities, including other sports and exercise routines. I teach private Pilates at my studio in Uptown, Minneapolis and private and small group Pilates virtually with Zoom. I also teach Group Mat classes at the YWCA in Minneapolis, in their studio and virtually. My Pilates schedule is below.

Private Pilates: My studio has a Reformer (with Jumpboard and CardioTramp), Tower, Stability Chair, and Mat area with lots of props, including the Halo Trainer. Virtual sessions are catered to whatever props and equipment you have at home.
Group Mat Pilates (Virtual): This format is available to groups of 3-10 participants. It is a great option for family, friends and co-workers who want a great Pilates workout but are not seeking the extra personal attention that comes with Private Training. You can form your own group, each of you buy a Small Group Training package and then away we go! Classes are taught via Zoom. Purchase button is below. Please call or email if you have questions.
Stretch Sessions: These are half-hour sessions, in studio or virtual. I guide you through a rejuvenating, full-body stretch routine personalized for you each session. The beauty of these sessions is in the details: a focus on functional and anatomical alignment, injuries or conditions you may have, and maximizing the stretch without causing injury. As much as one would like, we just never stretch this well on our own! You'll leave the session feeling refreshed and grounded.
Halo Pilates and Fitness Small Groups: The Halo is a specialized piece of equipment developed by a Physical Therapist. It is a fun and affordable addition to your home workout collection! It helps you perform exercises safely, while allowing you to modify exercises to make them easier or more intense. See this link for more details. The Small Group classes meet weekly, are virtual, and a great way to connect with family and friends, or make new friends, as you work your way to wellness and fitness! When weather permits, we can do these classes outdoors in a park. You can form your own group or join my ongoing Friday Halo group.

Rates, Hours, Services Private Pilates, one hour session in my studio or virtual.....$73.00 -Packages of 5 or more sessions receive a 5% discount. Stretch Sessions, 1/2 hour session....................................................$37.00 -Packages of 5 or more sessions receive a 5% discount. Small Group (Virtual) Pilates or HaloPilates classes.................$125.00........(for a package of 5 sessions) -Create your own group! Give me a call and we can get your special group started, OR -Join my small group Halo training Fridays at 3:00. This is a combo of Pilates, fitness and stretching. Outdoors when weather permits, otherwise it is virtual. Halo equipment is necessary for this particular class (see this link).
